1. Appointment Cancellation
Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting the clinic in advance.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
2. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees paid online are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
If a consultation cannot be conducted due to technical or scheduling issues from our side, the amount may be refunded or adjusted for a future appointment.
3. Treatment or Procedure Booking
Payments made for procedures or treatment booking may be adjusted or refunded if:
- The patient is medically unsuitable for the procedure.
- The procedure is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 working days depending on the banking system.
5. Transaction Issues
If a payment has been deducted incorrectly or there is a duplicate transaction, please contact us with your payment details for investigation.
